platforms do not return cutting/report values

Good evening,
I ask for help for an operation that I have repeated a thousand times and that mysteriously now I can not achieve:
Based on a topographic surface of medium complexity already inserted as a fact, I created a leveled region that produced an identical topographic surface inserted in the design state, making the "other" panel accessible containing the cutting/report quantities referred to the entire surface. by inserting the platforms at this point, they should return their cutting/report quantity, but mysteriously this does not happen. Do you have any idea why? Are there any hidden options that I am in the dark?

thanks for the answer, after several days and various tests I verified that the entire file had been damaged by the dwg I had imported for the creation of the topographic surface, which probably was too complex and excessively loaded with layers. cleaning it up and doing the usual preparation operations for import no longer gave problems.
