first of all you have to "map" the single face and not the whole solid. (if you're not already doing this)

in the "advanced" tab of the material you find all the positioning bars (offsets uv for example), including one for rotation. .

but I can't find the command. in your screen I see that you can manually insert dimensions (over rotation) maybe that's what I need?

enable the photoworks, you will have additional options that will allow you
