Good evening.
I'm new to the chat and I'd like to ask you for help.
I recently bought a plotter hp dj 800. (used). today is connected with usb to my pc that has a windows 7 software.
the problem is that it works sometimes. PC sees the plotter is when from archicad launch the file sometimes gets received and others does not.
Are there any systems that could help me? Do you think a platter or cable ploblem? to use the other socket? which is "stable"?
Besides when the plotter works, I have a second problem. when I launch the print layout from archicad, if the file is a 2 or 3d file no problem. if instead I insert some images or external maps, it happens that the plotter prints partially until blocking the print (for memory problems, it appears written on the hp). or otherwise it scales me in random manner all the pictures.
