porthole opening on tilted ground

hello to all... I have sought the solution everywhere... but nothing . I hope you can help me.

I have to open a porthole on a tilted roof and it's becoming an epic enterprise. It is a porthole, not a velux and there are no fixtures....if I try to make perpendicular opening I cut the roof perpendicularly on its floor (it does not change the plan of work) and therefore my hole is elliptical and not circular as I want it.
Basically I would like to create a cylinder with a main axle parallel to the ground to lay the ground... .
I don't know what fish to take, and I've tried all the stuff I know. :-)

I hope I've been clear... attached an image of the roof that I can't do with the portholes present.

Thank you.

Hi, I don't know if I understand your problem well, so take a look at the dwf file I attach.

That's exactly what I'm looking for... but is it possible to do it directly with revit without passing by autocad first?

Thanks for the prompt answer! :-)

It's all made of revit, through an in-place modeling, I inserted the dwf file to make you better understand the modeling and to 'abituate' to this exceptional exchange format.
about modeling you can
1. trace in plant a perpendicular reference plan on the plan of the plant
2. give a name to this plan
3. draw, to help, two orthogonal reference planes among them in prospective view, the intersection will be the center of the circle.
4. create an empty extrusion (better if seen prospectus), setting as a reference plan point 1.
5. before leaving the empty family cut geometry (see other posts or look on the blog)
6. obtained the vacuum repeats the passage of point 5. to create the cylinder with a solid geometry.
7. before finishing the family cuts the part of the cylinder that does not serve through a vacuum.
8. for the vacuum that will cut the cylinder uses an extrusion with reference plane the roof flange.
9. Get out of the family.
10. finished
