position components on a sketch

I would have to place leds on a printed one.
My intention is to make a printed one with a sketch on top with the points where the leds will have to be positioned.
How do I tell him that I want the leds placed on the print at those points?
I don't remember the function?
I don't want a set of the component.

I think I do this:

1st ipt file with sketch and, at points where to insert the leds, put a 3d point

then make the asses and load the led; which has 3d in its insertion point and therefore bind with the corresponding bond
