position geometric tolerances

in the wf4 m090 geometric tolerances are always positioned at the height. (views attached)

I have already tried to vary the value of the parameter "gtol_dim_placement" in the config.pro without results.

Is it possible to have the gtol under?
in wf2 it was possible. .

test in two ways.
1 - when you define the toll select the positioning type as "albow size" and go to the side.
2 - otherwise you define it as a free note, choose the position below the quota, then tie the toll to the quota so that you can move them together ( edit - group - relate to object )
