position of the glass compared to the pillars of the façade

I wanted to know if it is possible to determine the position of the glass (in the plant) compared to the pillars in the continuous facades. the only way I've found it for now is by selecting the glass panel, then on "dynamic change" lets me change this panel to my liking... but so I should do this for each panel. (in my case it would be a very long operation). It seems that it is impossible to change the family facade continues... So I don't know how

there are 2 different ways:

1) select a panel > change type > change the "offset" value (as "offset" is said? ).

2) open the family for the mountaineer, and move the profile of the mountaineer up or down.

the first solution is easier, of course.
