Hello everyone, in my new office we use autocad 2013 while I am accustomed to 2011,
I noticed the following problem I would like to solve: practically when I start typing the number of a length while performing a command, the polar pointing and the pointer input disappears, and the length comes out wrong. I'll explain better.

with autocad 2011 to draw a rectangle of the same length of a horizontal line on which it is rested and of height es 2 I make the following steps:
1- design the first vertex on a line leader
2- I position myself on the other end of the line and with the polar pointing I move up seeing that my pointer remains hooked on the dotted line of the polar pointing, and near it appears a text field not editable with the relative distance from the point. something like this is written to us: "Final point: xx.xxxx < 90°"
3- Regardless of the value that appears in the text field I type a number that interests me, for example 2, and so I get a rectangle with base=length line and height=2

in autocad 2013 instead, if I do the same procedure, when I type the desired value known that the temporary dotted line and the text field not editable next to the cursor disappear and consequently my rectangle comes with basic measurements of height completely packed.
I think it's due to a variable, can someone help me?
Thank you.

Bye. .
look I tried with autocad 2014 and it works without problems.. .
I don't know which variable can be, I certainly didn't touch anything.. .
I turn this link where it explains the variables of polar pointing. . .
I hope you can help. .

Hello, I found the same problem on autocad 2015, but with a small difference: the problem arises when I disable the dynamic input that I do not usually use. to exit the following method: once you type the egg value again the mouse and the dotted line reappear. This system is uncomfortable, so I would like to know if the problem has been solved differently. thanks, greetings
