potoshop does not start

Good morning.
I just installed adobe photoshop 2020 on my pc that has 64-bit operating system with win 10.
before it didn't start, but a message came out with written msvcp40 error. missing and vcruntime 140. missing.
I tried to download them and put them in the win folder, but nothing then I downloaded microsoft visual c++ and installed and this seems to have solved my previous problems, but the program just clicked to open it starts the home screen and then disappears seems not to open.
someone would tell me how I can fix it.

Did you copy the two libraries in the correct folder, system32?
what version of microsoft visual c++ have you installed?

starts the initial screen and then disappears it seems not to open.

in the processes (management activities>processes) of windows is there?
Last... is it an original version?

you copy in system 32. the version of microsoft visual c++ is 2015-2019 x(64) 14.24.28127.
I don't know I downloaded it from a tutorial in youtube is auto installer does not need crack and no code. I also installed it on the laptop and I didn't have any problems here. Thank you.

Since when does youtube have downloadable programs?
the fact that it is self-installing does not mean that it is in order, indeed if it does not require a code it is probably not

but on the laptop I installed it quietly is only for domestic use.
So I can't fix this? on you tube there was the link of mega in description on which I downloaded it.

the original products are only downloaded by the manufacturer and authorized or assimilated retailers. accessing cloud platforms is not synonymous with legal and correct.
looking at the website adobe there is nothing free of charge.
