precarico hexa8 tet10

Save rehearsals with some small studio, as from image I have two platelets connected through cbar and rbe3, as from image I "slapped with 2000 n per part", the difference between the two samples lies in the elements used hexa8 one, tet10 the other.
platelets are steel, the bar is a m5.

is this difference plausible?
I would like to make a mistake in the definition of contacts, perhaps in case with the tet10 I have to exclude the edge?

I think you can't look at the value in the node loaded by the mpc.
you should plot the two examples with a fixed scale, for example up to 50mpa and evaluate the results transcending from the nodes of appliciation of the rbe
