precarious application to gaps.

I am trying to simulate the static behavior of a threaded sleeve that screws at the handlebar of a motorcycle.in the card of the gap elements there is the possibility to insert the preload.I wanted to insert only that and the constraints obviously but without loads.only that the solutor (radioss) tells me that it does not see forces and instead the forces there are because there is the preload! the gap should see it!
I'm using hmv10.
