pressure reducers

I've got a 12 bar steam pipe, so you think I can go down to a bar, maybe set up two pressure reducers?

I have a doubt, though... if I put any valve (let's put a membrane modulator) and I rub a lot of it can make me as a pressure variator, even from 12 to 1 bar?

you should put a pressure transducer on the reduced line and send the signal to a commander that will adjust the modulating valve.
If you already have a system of control on the system you can evaluate to do so, alternatively go self-controlled reducer in a "classical" way.
