preview view thinkdesign 2011.1

Good evening,
I have recently installed the new version of thinkdesign released by reno farmhouse and found this problem:
I can't view file previews in explore win7 resources.
I use win7 pro 64 bit, my colleague with win xp pro 32 bit instead has no problem.
Does any of you have the same problem?
I've already opened a case with think3's customer care and they're working on it.

That's a problem that also occurred in the 2009.3 version, and they were working on it before it got paid.
in practice the library that extracts images from files on some 64-bit machines does not do well its work.

If the custom care told you they're working on it, it's probably a problem that will be solved with sp1 or sp2.

the viewer is not publicly distributed.
I better explain, if you were a think3 customer going to the customer care website you would have access to the download section, and you could download the viewer. .


In your case, I would try to send an email to the address info@think3.eu, requesting a copy of the viewer.
