while having some licenses of autocad 2014, we never managed to get pdf with searchable text, but the result was achieved using nanocad (https://nanocad.com/products/nanocad/download), free program.
serves, of course, an appropriate configuration of the dxfdwg.con file to ensure the proportions of the converted text, but the final result is very satisfactory.
