print preview problems on think design

Has any of you ever had any problems that the cad occasionally goes to “crash” video, in the sense that if for example we make a preview of print, once you launch the print remains half screen with the image of the model and half or 3⁄4 with the image of the preview?
I tried to do also self-regulation from think design options, but the problem sometimes comes back.. . .

What version are you using??

do you have the updated operating system??
and the graphics card drivers??
What kind of press are you trying to do??
