printing custom sheet size

Hello.
I need to print a table with a custom format using a pdf creator (the software is just like this).
exactly a drawing in a3 format but on a non-lined sheet that for the a3 corresponds to a 330x450!
I have to change the size of the sheet.. But how do I do it?
I went to the pdf printer properties but I can't!
in fact going in print->proprieta->size sheet defined by user and cal.->size custom sheet
I have no element to add or change!

I was already enrolled in cad3d.it because months ago I asked information about theansys, and now instead I am working on autocad and I have this problem.
In fact, as can be seen from the annex, during the printing phase
after selecting the plotter pdf creator -> properties->size sheet
Customized do not appear in the drop-down list the formats to edit.

Forgive the question, but having read ansys and then a question about autocad printing, I did not understand! !

pdfcreator naturally allows the setting of custom formats.
under star -> programs find the program menu, under options -> document -> other properties find the options for setting custom sheets.

I managed it on a4 format!
But now if I mold on the a3 format I come out as attached.
I tried to print both on the center that doesn't change anything! !

set as a pdf creator printer, go to the printer options and set the desired sheet size when you return to the autocad print mask in the sheet dimansion (instead of a4-a3 etc...) set by "postscript". should work, with other virtual printers (first pdf type, bullzip) works.

I solved. I wandered around some American forums and found how to do it. .
you have to set up an unmanaged plotter!
