printing of multiple model areas

I would like to point out that I am a beginner in the sector, but we come to the point of my question;
where I work I've been 'honored' by a new project: draw all the structures (buildings) of the company, until here nothing unsurpassed. installed autocad2008 (only available) and work performed. now the new request is to print a sheet for each area of the structure; nothing strange if this work was end to itself, although honorable for time (the areas at the moment invented are about 130!). I try to be clear, I already have the feeling that I will have to update these sheets often, then I ask already exists something or a macro vba that allocates n areas on the model regenri n sheets corresponding to the areas?
constraints
- enable with a button
- generates drawing based on what you see on the model (visible layers) in a portion of the sheet (other portions of the sheet repoartane tables, info, etc.)
- rotation possibilities of the area

I don't understand, do you want to create a system to automatically print 130 areas eachone with certain settings?
If so why don't you create 130 layouts?

should be the result (130 layout), -must keep the view of the whole structure together in the model (main requirement), and add to each new given a layer (e.g. gas-water pipelines, structured cablings, etc.). so I would have the set always updated and specific (130 areas), although it should change the area portion of the model, always - ready-to-

Sorry, it will be fatigue, but I still struggle to understand the request. if you work in the model and you create 130 layouts directly (although they are several) why not?
In that case, you always have "up-to-date areas."

generating in 'automatic' all 130 areas in their respective layouts, would lead me to work on the only model and whatever the demand on what to print from time to time (visible layers) would be a 'time problem' of the printer/plotter. each user/requester would have the prints of his/her topic of interest (gas/water, electrical, etc.) even if he/she should change the number of invented areas.

Forgive me for sincerity, but you don't need a macro, only from neophyte obviously "uses" autocad as you can.

the management of the leyers does not happen from the model, but from the layouts (this is the purpose of the layers), it is possible to set on each single window the active layers, and on which layout, then the tempostama speech does not understand it, once you set the sheet the printing time is equal to 30 sec.

the macro semmai could help you activate the right layout, exit a mask with arguments + any descriptions and select the item go to the corresponding layout. or selecting a given layer go to the associated layout. However the on/off layouts and layers are already set up and you do not have to make any changes.

then at the request of the gas pipes you don't have to turn off and turn on layers but you simply place yourself on the right layout that will have only the layers you set up (and it is always updated if you entered/modified the layout)

However sincerity for sincerity seems to me a little daring to run by a person who does not know autocad but has just begun.

thanks for the clarification shape, but as you will have read on the layouts (130) I have the areas (130) where the complex is divided (various buildings); I would like to "forget" the various layouts (which could also increase/decrease/fault) and focus on the work together (model). the possible macro should copy the visible (visible layers) of each area identified on the respective layout. This type of work mode would help me a lot.
ps: I agree with you that they risked a little too much, but -where-to take advantage of it for 'far bagalio' you never know.
