printing problems

I have to set a custom sheet to print in autocad in pdf, but I can't get into 'properties'.
even if I click on it doesn't show me the window. What can that be? Any setting?

for autocad there is a special section.

Is he just doing it with that printer?
is there the file dwg to pdf.pc3?
