pro and not part

hello to all I have a big problem with the program startup,
the antivirus syware doctor has identified me the executable of pro and as malevolent event and put it in quarantine, not succeeding to remove it from the quarantine I have uninstalled the antivirus, turned off and restarted several times the machine but pro and continues not to start.. .
Any suggestions?

have you verified that the pro/e executable is in the bin folder?

If you reinstall pro/e, maybe you do before you do various tricks.

Yes the executable file is in its place, I also tried to replace it with that of my colleague but nada...
Now I'm trying to reinstall.
