Hello, everyone!
I am carlo and I am new....
I am learning to use the pro/e and in particular I have the version w.4.
I came across a problem that is driving me crazy, I can't make a threaded hole. In practice, the problem is as follows:
I must make a hole m12x1.75:
I place the position, choose the type of hole (filettato), choose the iso, choose the size and depth. but it by default gives me the diameter of the hole 0.4 and does not give me the chance to change it!! It's driving me crazy!
What could be the reason?

I think it depends on the units of measurement.
if you don't have a start part and if you haven't changed the units, pro/e by default uses the measurements in inches.

first ... you should read the forum rules and submit to users, according to if you use the search function the topic has been treated dozens of times.
however go in tools>options and opens the mask for customization of the config.pro
look for the two following options and enter the indicated values

pro_unit_length = unit_mm
pro_unit_sys = mmns

then save with the config.pro name in the program's starting directory.
