pro-e wf4: var section sweep o swept blend?

Bye to all,
I need a hand to shape a fusion.
in the attached file there are sketches of the starting and arrival section and guidelines. I made many attempts between variable section sweep and swept blend but failed to reach the solution.
This is a section transformation (from circle to ellipse) I think the right command is the swept blend.
Does anyone have a chance to view the file and give me some suggestions?

I have the proe wf4 I have to do a variable sweep section and as first it asks me to shorten the guide line and so far all right.
