pro/engineer reverse engineering extension (rex)

I'm looking for information on the rex module to import asc files.
is this module already on the wildfire cd? is it only activated as a license?
You know how much it costs? How does it work? ! :confused

You have to have a license that activates the module ... and costs a lot of money (I have it because I also reverse craft).
