Are you sure that by "base" version is not the basic ptc account, for which no customer number is required since it is something "less than the customer account" ?

Sorry. @kaji , but I recorded myself more than once with the basic profile (for correctness, I sent request to the ptc assistance to remove previous recordings) and contacted to solve the activation problem (unresolved).

First error, activation is not completed because the application fails to access the activation server (I have no special configurations and it is the only one that creates this problem).

as you know, the next step is to take you to their page to generate activation code (temporaneous), three attempts all with negative outcome.

I wanted to find a solution and therefore, as written in previous posts, I tried on multiple pcs, virtual machines, different operating systems, 4 different browsers (I could try a fifth ), the problem persists because it is a problem, known, of ptc.

looking in the ptc community threads, it seems that the only way to use the express version is to generate the temporary activation key valid for 72 hours, but that doesn't even work.link to the ptc community about activationI wonder, like others before me, why do they make a free version available if you can't activate it, will they be little toys?
