problem cutting normal flat repetition

good morning to all, I have a problem with the quotation of holes made with normal cut on a sheet metal in the flattened view. as quotation would suffice me center hole - reference. Unfortunately not being circles does not give me the opportunity to quote them and not even to insert axes. Would someone give me a solution? Thank you all in advance

you do it in a horizontal line and a vertical for construction. the average points of the 2 lines must be coincident and the extreme points of the 2 lines must be on the edge of the hole. in this way take the horizontal and vertical half-carry. is easier to do than write.
