problem cutting on solid

good morning, I would have a small problem to realize a cut of depth 0.5mm and 2.5mm wide though following the solid part of the body...it will have to be a sort of ink but I can't realize it. help :smile::smile::smile:

I'm sorry I didn't think help could be a banished word. But I really can't do what I just want to ask for advice on how to do this

start putting the version of swx you use and possibly posting the part if you want an image advice is a little bit to give you directions.

then ok the version is sw12 and the file is attached here the cut is to be realized in the edges of the central window and will serve to create a sort of recessed

Can you tie the file?
