Good morning to all
I have a little problem with a folded sheet in which there are two folds in contrast with each other and I can't draw it as a sheet and then it doesn't create the development (file attached)

I can do, or the longitudinal fold at 30°, or the radius bend 900mm.... someone can give me some straight to get a developable piece?

Thank you in advance for your kind help
good day and good work at all

I took a quick look at work and you simply can't bend a curve perpendicularly (improper term but I don't find a better one) to the axis... It is physically impossible. Take a piece of paper and try... .
solutions are:
divide into two and weld
make the rolling at straight strokes by approximating the radius and making on each stroke a corresponding slice to be folded and then welded with the side (type corolla of flower)

However if you want to have the development and feasibility of a sheet it is advisable to use the appropriate functions instead of seeking later fanciful solutions

I got tired of writing the version in the profile, which doesn't need to make your own faces, but to help you. It takes 10 seconds... It's not a difficult acos. At least tell you why you don't... because there must be a reason and I'm shit.

if it is an unnerving development problem with functions you can also attach a step

the development solution completely in sheet metal is like the one attached.
the focal point is the precision of the curve: more precise must be the greater the number of faces to be set and the greater the number of lembi to be made to cad, to be folded to machine and to weld

I also attach image

Good morning to all,
(Write for the version.. I had forgotten...sw2017)
with regard to the fold of the sheet, I have to bend at 30 ° a small edge of 15 mm, using a sheet thickness 1÷3mm, although in theory it would not be possible, the fold in reality you can do it, of course the material undergoes "stiraments" but, being precisely little thing, the result is visually acceptable (fold at 90° radius 900mm + calandratura per fold at 30 ° length 15mm, precise that the thickness
My problem is that at the theoretical level all this is not possible, so it does not calculate the development.
I solved using equations to extract a development sketch, but I would like to get the part as folded sheet, to respect the process used in the workshop.
I thank you for your kind collaboration, if someone has further advice I thank you in advance.
good day and good work

ps: the part in question is a component of a conveyor belt and it is imperative that the 900 radius die be circular and un segmented; less important is the 30° fold that can adapt to the needs

Unfortunately, as Massivonweizen said, the functions of sheet do not allow to realize the object you want to get. However I would love to see the process that is used in the workshop to realize that piece.

mechanically it is done with a funnel. see the bottom of a pot, it is not welded but obtained for funnel
in solid you can get with forming tools

if I don't remember badly the forming tools allow modeling but are not considered in the development of the sheet.
On the other hand, our friend speaks of sheet metal and displacement, so I imagine a grille with "sagomati" rollers

hello to all
Excuse me if I answer only now, but I wasn't at work.... right to make known: in the workshop the fold at 30 ° is made of rolling; depending on the fold radius the length and inclination are adapted so that it can be realized, for me the important thing is that there is a shore, even if minimal and little accentuated, what happens if the thickness is beyond 1.5mm; for fine sheet the material is ironed and does not create the problem (with rollers suitable as said by shirokko) .
regarding the table I solved by eliminating the fold and leaving the tract straight
