I only see the dots when I zoom extensively if I approach the dots disappear, I have already tried to purge and audit the dwg but do not disappear, I agree that they disappear only if I go to paste the design (the one that has the lines and white writings) on another dwg creating a block.

are not selectable texts. Now I didn't investigate the reason for the rush. However, this is the solution:
command selerapid -> object type "text" -> properties "color" -> operator "equal to" -> colour "yellow"
and gates
then repeat the procedure for green color.
and you will have the design without the anomalies of the "puntines" and you will still remain the texts you need.
