problem during installation of mechanical with arx

Good morning.
I use a .arx program on autocad mechanical 2009 on windows xp 32 bit, I wanted to install it on a new computer with windows 7 64 bit, but despite all the right settings always tells me "arxload failed". . .
I'm afraid it's an incompatibility problem. . . .
Can someone give me some advice to solve the problem?

the only way is to have the source code and recompil it for use on a 64bit machine.

what you could do to put a piece to everything is to try to create a "virtual machine" on your win7-64bit with, for example, "oracle vm virualbox"
created virtual machines are always 32bit. reinstall autocad mechanical and try to load your arx.

no, you must have the so-called "source code" that is the file in programming language (vb .net, c+, c# etc.).
You should ask the programmer or, alternatively, make it rewrite by another programmer.
