Hi, guys. I have an ansys problem.
I am making an optimization on a 2 mm metal foam.
Preliminary analysis is a compression test.I imposed 1 mm shifts to the nodes on the upper base and I neutralized all shifts on the nodes at the lower base.
But at the end of the analysis I have very high stress values of von mises compared to the breaking voltage of the material.
what can be due to? Do you have suggestions?
