problem in displaying custom hold

autocad 2010 - Italian version 3 - d.309.0.0
my operating system:
windos xp pérofessional version 2002 service pack 3

the problem:
in this position (c:\documents and settings\nicola-marchesin\dati applications\autodesk\autocad 2010\r18.0\ita\support) continue to insert the nets that I unload from various sites on the internet but when I load them to view them in my region of interest are all damaged.

es wasp 1 and 2, rock and how much more for a slightly decent display of the sections

Thank you. I use in the same design also vector maps (ctr) geo referencing, in which the reliefs (gpr- total station) and then state of fact, prog etcc..
the ucs you suggest me is good even if temporary (not absolute? )
