problem in glueing on the original coordinates

Hello everyone are new to the forum, I have a problem with the paste command on original coordinates in autocad 2010.
I often find myself having to paste parts of a design, keeping the original coordinates, on other designs. with autocad 2009 I never had problems while in autocad 2010 I must first open the window unit give ok even without changing anything and then repeat the command otherwise it doesn't work me and I just can't understand why.
Can you give me a hand?

Doesn't it work to you that I copy you with a wrong scale or don't recognize your origin?

It doesn't appear to me in the sense that the command is not selectable, in the menu it appears in grey.

this morning trying to make copy and paste, all the glue commands were in gray and therefore not selectable while writing _pasteorig on the command line everything works.
I always get less!!! ! !
