problem in installation

Good morning to all,
I bought caia (model v5-6r2019.catia_student.win_b64.1-1)
Can someone help me with the installation?
I downloaded the zip from the site but when I start the setup (by admin) it gives me an error message that reports: "setup"
Just, I tried also in clean boot and with firewall disabled but nothing
I use windows 10 updated to the latest version and I have a surface pro 4 with i7, I tried them all. .
