problem insertion works spring in "motion manager"

Hello everyone.. .
I am a student at the first year of mechanical engineering at the Milan Polytechnic so my software cad experience is quite superficial. I am now 4 days trying to solve this problem and so I decided to join the forum. in practice if I insert springs with the appropriate function in motion manager the software displays them but the components are not affected.
for example, in the representation of a valve and a camshaft (the one I was trying precisely to do):
the shaft rotates with the motor function
the cam pushes down the valve with the contact function
the valve continues its motion towards the infinite pulling behind the spring.
I also uploaded an example from the integrated solidworks tutorial but that doesn't work either.

the software version is: solidworks student design kit 2010-2011

Wait... I found the cam coupling that does exactly in my case, in the mechanical coupling voice.
in the videos they animate it with the keyframes so I don't care if.

and they will never work... you cannot animate in real time the reconstruction of a part. If your spring is good for each reconstruction it updates in size, but do it while you drag the components together forget it as well.

Sorry, I meant wrong. I don't use simulation environments so I can't help you. . .
