problem installation photoview 360 2010

Good evening to all
I installed photoview 360 of solidworks but this view comes out.... what can happen?? ? ? ?

I tried several times to uninstall and reinstall king....but nothing in fact

Can anyone help me? ? ? ?

(you don't see menu bar and more and see a strange Mass on the top left)

This is a problem related to the service pack 0. update to the last and disappear.
