problem select other inventor 2012

Hello everyone,
in inventor 2012 when I want to set a constraint by selecting a hidden surface with selecting others, often the command does not work.
I try to explain better: I have the open bond window and I want to select an unseen face, then I open "select others"; then I scroll through the various faces, edges etc available in the menu; I choose the desired one, but my choice is not stored in the bond window.
a clarification: usually, just selected the choice in selecting others, in the constraint window the selection button changes from "not set" to "set" for a fraction of a second (practically you see it flashing) and then uncheck.
other clarification: often the problem happens only with the second selection or even with the first but only in change bond; if I prepare a new bond, usually, in the first selection the "select others" works.
Please help me because this makes me not a few problems.

if you go to the tool tab --> application options --> selection (low to right) --> select others and put a low value ( 0.2 sec ) get what you want.

excuse me but the problem is not to activate the "select other" command; the problem is that it seems not working properly.
I explain: In theory, with the open link screen, if I have to select a hidden geometry, I can place it on top and click other (or wait for it to go out alone) then I scroll through the list and choose the geometry to use. once the choice is made, in the bond window the affected position (1 or 2) should be set.
if I use "others" to fix the first position in a new constraint ->no problem; but if I use "others" to fix pos 2 (or change to a bond even in pos 1), the software gives me the list of hidden geometries but, when I click on the choice, this does not remain set in the bond window. flashes only for a second as if you set up and take off immediately after. I don't understand how it is because the geometry chosen is correct (if they select it without "sel others" it doesn't give me problems as if they select it as the first choice in a new bond)
I would say a 'baco' and I would like to know if the problem is just mine or what.
I have already had other problems (I have put a discussion on this) in the table which, to what I have said, should depend on the poor video card and I would not like to see it again in this situation.

readme sp1 : if you use select more with a mouse to wheel, some of the selection options are ignored.

personally, as long as the 1°sp does not install any new rel.
