problem size measurement unit

hi to everyone, it's my first time in a forum so I hope I can open a discussion without combining trouble.
my problem is with the units of measurement, or better with the size of the units of measurement (the units of measurement are set to be in mm and with this no problem). the question is that any size or size, even those related to scale factors are displayed so that I had never seen before. I immediately make a practical example that is more immediate: if I design a line of 1mm and then the miscured autocad tells me that it is 1,0000e+00 long, if I do the same with a line of 10mm tells me that it measures 1,0000e+01 and so on.
It is not impossible to work this way but to see simply 1 and 10 would make me easier work.
Perhaps it may be useful to know that I have this problem only with some dwg (precisely of the cartography of my city) that have been passed to me and not, for example, with the new files.
What can I do to solve? Can anyone save me?

Thanks :)

by measuring unit you mean that the odds show that particular unit or the results of the measured command?

in the first case you have to change the size of the quota from scientific to decimal
in the second you have to do the same thing but in the unit format

I mean that any measure is indicated in that way, even all geometries in the "properties" window.
I am not referring to quotas because with these files I have problems with quota texts, but this is another speech.
