problem with archicad

Hello everyone!! I am new in this forum and I would need a hand since I am at the forefront of these programs.
I attach a photo to make you understand the problem I have with doors and windows, I can't understand how to make everything normal! !
If anyone could give me a hand, I'd be grateful! !

I'm sorry you couldn't get an answer. I try to give you a hand, though, I press that I do not use archicad from geological eras.

is the problem with the door at the center of the photo?
check in the library settings if you have correctly configured the glasses, which from the image seem absent.

also attaches an image of the plant, not of rendering. to understand how the door fits into the wall.
