problem with axieme-only bond fixed component

It is happening to me on a set, if I apply only one bond, like "aligned" or other, to any component, it is fixed.theoricamete having given only one bond, it should have the other freedoms of movement, but instead it is fixed. I tried to close and open the program and also the pc but the problem remains.
