problem with customizable keyboard commands

Good evening, everyone!
I have a problem with the custom keyboard commands of inventor 2019.
if I try to assign a function key (f1, f2, f3, etc.) for any command, in the input box as soon as I press the physical key, it does not fit me. even if I try to write "f3" doesn't fit me.
same thing happens when I try to enter a command containing the "shift" button.
while for the keys alt and ctrl works.
someone had the same problem and found a solution.

probably because f keys are function keys that are invariable and uniform to the function of windows
f1 help
f2 renaming
f3 research
f11 full screen

could switch to keyboards with programmable macro keys (they are from f12 onwards to logistic level) to overcome the problem.
