problem with gstarcad

Good morning.
gstarcad use for several years with satisfaction.
so far I never happened to use the vba; now I would like to use a program that I found on the net that would help me.
when I try to load the program returns me error "unknown command"
I'll explain better. all commands related to vba (vbarun, vbaload, vbaman, etc.) always return the same error "unknown command".
I don't understand what might cause this, I'm grateful to anyone who can help me.

I have the 2019 version, but in the tool menu there is the macro command that activates the _vbarun command.
If the vba was not supported, why enter a command that then returns you error, it doesn't make sense.
According to me, from what I understand from the link you sent me refers to the 64-bit vba, assuming that the other versions of vba are supported.
Maybe I'm saying stools, I admit I'm naked... .

If you have 64-bit gstarcad installed, it may also be that 32-bit vba does not work.
in autocad (64 bits; 32 bits no longer exist from a piece), for example, if you have installed 32-bit office, there is no verse to make it speak with excel, if not through odbc.
I suggest you write directly to them or to whom you sold it to have an official answer
