problem with the "cap"

Hello everyone, I am proposing a problem that I cannot solve alone:
I had to add to a building an external layer consisting of insulating panel and wall in paraman, I made sure to create the above mentioned paramento, place it in adherence to the existing masonry and join the two geometries as I had already done in a previous project went to good end.
only that now my existing windows do not "good" the new layer, as I had managed to get the other time and also canceling them and repositioning them the problem exists. Where am I wrong?

the problem is in the window moth that you used, the vacuum for cutting the wall is not wide enough or is not parametrized properly.
