problema export 3d

Good morning. use solidworks 2017. I try to save a part in 3d file but it doesn't save me the file. says "in processing" but then does not process! Do you have any idea what this might be? Thank you.

side files are 3d files with sldprt extension.

Sorry.
I try to save a .sldprt or .sldasm file in .drive3d but it does not save me the file. says "in processing" but then does not process!
