problema stampa pdf con font in formato shx

good morning to all, I recently installed cad 2016 lt, and I find the following problem:
I have a design with non-standard size (2103mme 3938mm), when I impose the custom sheet format if I use dwg to pdf the result is correct but opening it with nuancepdf (business software) all the texts are displayed as comments and creating above each an icon making the design incomprehensible, while if I use other pdf printers (ducompdf, scansoftpdf or pdf creator) the result is always solve the same all about cad 2011 worked great!
Can you help me?
