problemi con hp designjet 500 plus

Hello, everyone.
I have a hp designjet 500plus connected to the server with operating system windows server 2003 via usb, I found some issues that list you:
1) We use both autocad 2008 and 2013 on both when we go to set the sheet format, it happens to the vote that we use a0 and a1 out of format, so we need more length, both for the layout and for the press these cannot be set in the press preferences but only from the page of preferences of the plotter;
2) managed to set in some way the print layouts, at the time of sending the printing the plotter does not correctly follow the settings, does not fit the print, to say short if I imposed a print on roll of 900x 1400, I tried to turn in all the sauces the thing but always brings me what should be the long side on the side of the short side and vice versa, and when I can turn the print, I repeat it does not make an automatic rotation.
I've tried everything I can't figure out how to do it.

I have always set up and saved in the plotter settings the custom formats that I needed, normally a little larger than the print area to consider any return of the printer.
done this you must declare to the printer the size of the roll, always in the drivers. at this point should work, even without automatic rotation. automatic rotation is used to save paper when you print an a1 on the 36" roll, to make sure that the horizontal mold is avoided to unnecessarily throw paper to the side of the print.
