problemi con offset !!

I would like to thank the rapporteur for his work. I'm making an internal offset of a surface. being internal, giving it the measure of 3 mm to perform the offset, behaves like in figure overlapping the lines of the surface.
I am not practical of these settings, but I tried to increase the cutting radius curve but nothing, I don't know I have to make other settings or not, if you can kindly give me a hand since I have to do a prototyping of the product later.
I hope I've been clear.

the offset is too high compared to the curvature

solutions:

1)with an isoparametric divide the surfaces, do the offset and then create a connection of the value you like most
2)make a smaller offset
