problems activation cutter autocad plotter 2024

Hello, everyone. They installed me autocad 2024 and I have problems with printing on plotter.
We use a hp designjet plotter t 770, and we configured 3 pc3 files with the size of the printing roll. since I have the new version of autocad the function to cut the margins before and after it does not work, i.e. even if I put the check on the option , after I launch the print the cutter does not work, in the sense that once finished the print the sheet continues to unfold unless you raise the lever of the plotter.
in substances does not keep me setting this function.

if pdf mold works the cutter? Have you tried to remake the pc3? It can be that from one version to another something goes wrong.

I think it's a firmware update problem (last autodesk update 2021) or driver; in the latter case the latest online update available is 2015 so you should contact directly the service hp to see if newer versions are available.

Good morning silvana_75, I have the same problem as you. since I passed to autocad 2024 there is no way to save a custom configuration on pc3 files, default autocad does not keep the cut tick automatically. Did you solve that problem? I have a hp designjet 510
