problems in installing alias 2010

Hi.
I downloaded and installed alias 2010. The problem is that when I open it, the black icon appears to me. .I can't do anything because all the windows that open are black...I tried to download it and install it again but the result is the same..what can I do? ? ?
It's pretty urgent because I have to use the university program. .
