problems installation revit 2014

Good morning.
I recently downloaded from the autodesk site the copy in revit test 2014. the s.o. is w7 pro s.p.2.
installed on the pc, I realize that it had not loaded the libraries.
as suggested by autodesk, I go to control panel -> remove program and install only libraries again. no result (and no error message).
I try, therefore, the installation on another pc. about half of the installation appears the message I attach.
How can I solve the problem?

I am brand new to the forum and I signed up as I have a problem with installing the premium building design suite 2015.
I got the key at home, I started the installation, everything regular until the end, except for a particular point: it does not install me anything. I open the log and the error is this

microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable (x86) update 4 failed installation aborted, result=1619

so I uninstalled visual 2012, I reloaded it and reinstalled manually, switched off the antivirus, switched off the windows firewall but same problem...solutions?? thanks in advance
 
Forgive me, but before writing here you don't want to hear your dealer? or bad that go open a house on subscription center... you bought a software from 7500€ plus 1000€ subscription, I think a hand for installation can give you, right?
 
If I tell you what makes you laugh... I had a call + teamwiever skype two hours yesterday morning and failed to solve. yesterday's technician advised me to format the car and I almost sent it to that country, also because 2014 worked me perfectly. I have another appointment with another technician tomorrow morning. I wrote here because I thought it could be a common problem to the 2015 version easily solved without throwing 2/3 hours phone call tomorrow. . .
 
I don't feel like a "common" problem. I installed both bdsu and idsu 2015 on pc and mobile workstation (on both it is installed also 2014) and problems I have not found.
Anyway try opening a subscription center case and see what they tell you
