problems of surfaces at the table

Good morning to all, I have a small banality I can't solve.
I press that I have practically never worked with the surfaces and I have just found myself making use of it!
I'm doing some work for companies, so I have to import a little complicated .steps (very detailed electric motors), save them as part and then create the harvests.
the problem practically is that, some parts of the model are imported as surfaces, and the latter are not displayed in the table. I looked for a solution looking at other posts but I couldn't jump out, can you help me? I thought about clearing the surfaces and recreating them as functions, but they are really too many engines in question and little time, so the discard as an option.
I can tell you that in the feature manager the surfaces are visible, I tried an import diagnostic to see if it could eliminate the surfaces but with little success. if in the table I go to dissect the model however, and the function "shows surface bodies" makes me see them, in normal projections no.. What passage did I miss?
Thank you.
