problems save part solidworks

Hello, everyone! Sorry, but I have a problem with saving a part and I can't fix it. I wanted to carry out a rescue with new name, creating a copy of the part and opening the new one. Unfortunately, I don't understand what the problem is because it didn't open my new copy and that it doesn't let me save the old part, not even being able to close the program. Can you tell me what the problem might be? when I try to save the open part comes out this notice

could be a simple Windows permission problem, the corrupt file usually from a different alert. try moving the file to a data folder where you are sure to have total control of the file and try again.
